Direct the selection and application of appropriate storage solutions for crude oil, natural gas, and refined products, considering safety, environmental impact, and economic factors.
Advise senior leadership on the strategic implications of different surface treatment and storage technologies, including their impact on product quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Interface credibly with regulatory bodies such as the Ghana Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Petroleum Commission on matters pertaining to surface treatment and storage operations.
Design robust maintenance and integrity management plans for surface treatment and storage infrastructure, adhering to international standards such as API 653 and API 570.
Critically evaluate the risks associated with surface treatment and storage operations and develop effective mitigation strategies in accordance with Ghana's National Oil Spill Contingency Plan.
