Human Resource Management

Human Resource Management is a comprehensive program designed for HR professionals and managers seeking to enhance their expertise in human resource management. The program covers strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Participants will develop the skills needed to effectively manage human capital and drive organizational success. This program is accredited by IPED-UK (Institute of Professional Education and Development - UK), providing internationally recognized certification and professional development opportunities. Upon successful completion, participants will receive Executive Short Course, Single Subject Diploma certification, demonstrating their mastery of the program content and readiness for professional practice.

• Minimum educational qualification: WASSCE with passes in at least 3 subjects (including English and Mathematics)
